"The appointment had to be rescheduled once due to a plumbing emergency of another client, and the plumber was late by an hour due to traffic backup on 495 on the second appointment. However, he(cant recall his name) was quite apologetic, and immediately got to work on the plumbing. In fact , he spent an extra hour (3 hours total) resolving the issue as well as fully explaining to us the work we had done. Oh, and by the way, he did not charge us for the extra hour of labor.That was a pleasant surprise! We have had no more slow drain issues since then.
