"I had a great experience with this technician! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was wrong with my boiler and what needed to be fixed. He made sure I understood the problem instead of just fixing it and leaving. I really appreciated his honesty, patience, and the quality of his work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing boiler repairs or heating services!"

"Billy was great from start to finish. So pleasant, so patient, and very thorough! He explained everything and even checked in after the work was completed to make sure the central air was working well. Would definitely recommend for AC repair and will use him again in the future!"

"I sent a message to the company in the late evening regarding my broken central AC and Jason was here Tuesday morning to look at it. He tried to repair it but was not able to due to the age of the unit and the damage. We needed a new unit and he was here to put it in first thing Wednesday morning. Took him two hours and our AC was working. He was nice and professional. We felt the price was reasonable. Would use him again and recommend his business."

"Went above and beyond ,very satisfied with quality of work. Repaired my oil burner"

"prompt, efficient, knowledgeable excellent service for my central air unit"

"Two days ago my central air conditioner stopped working. But today I feel lucky that Mustafa the technician from Angies list PRIME AIR LONG ISLAND arrived to service it. Mustafa was very professional and easy to talk to, he made his work look easy and got my AC working in no time. And best of all was when he handed me the repair bill, it was much lower than I expected. Mustafa is my new go to technician for Heating, Cooling and Plumbing jobs!"

"Went well, however, the word description stated I was to get a free filter. The repairman was not aware of this but stated he had an extra one in his truck he could provide. He should have known the terms of the agreement."
