VOC took action to inform Silverleaf of my desire to terminate association with Silverleaf. Subsequently, I was told by VOC not to have any future contact with Silverleaf and pay no maintenance fees. I graciously honored this request. After about six months VOC provided appropriate "QUIT CLAIM DEED" to be certified by us, notarized, and returned to VOC for processing and forwarding to appropriate county for execution and recording.
