His proposal was very detailed with additional recommendations to enhance the overall look of our hardscaping. This far exceeded any proposal we received. The price was very reasonable and he even through in some additional azaleas. They started right away once we decided on the pavers and the project was completed in three full days. Project was well done and they cleaned up the site afterwards, replanted grass, and we were very pleased with the entire project. "

She created an outstanding plan for our new kitchen that matched our wishes exactly! Eva was able to order the materials quickly, and they began work right away. "We truly cannot say enough good things about Tom and his crew. Tom repeatedly came to our house during the design phase to ensure that the final product was exactly what we had envisioned. He made several great suggestions during the process. He responded to phone calls and emails. He was always punctual. In order to finish the job in time for an event that was held at our home, Tom and his crew needed to start on July 17th. The job started on July 17th and continued through the hottest period of this summer. They worked diligently regardless of the frequently oppressive heat. <br /> They took great care in accessing our property (through our neighbor' yard), creating as little disruption as possible. We have dogs - they were always cognizant to replace the fence each evening so that I wouldn't have to worry about dogs escaping. Upon completion of the job, Tom and his crew graded the area that had served as the staging area, seeded it and then covered it with hay. <br /> The finished product is truly amazing - it is everything we had hoped and beyond. The quality of the workmanship is evident throughout the project. Everyone who has seen it is in awe. It was a very big undertaking and I'm sure taxed Tom throughout the process but he delivered exactly what we wanted, he delivered it on time and he delivered it as it was originally budgeted. "We met Bob at a home show and described to him the long-standing problem we had been having with water in our basement. We had him come out to look at the yard and he said he could indeed solve the drainage problem with the sloping yard against the house. The price he quoted was less than half what another contractor had given us, and Bob talked us out of a more expensive fix that we believed to be necessary to solve the problem. That was a couple years ago, and we haven't had a drop of water in the basement since, even with the significant storms we've had this year and last. We light a candle at the 'Bob' shrine every time it rains now and chant "we are not worthy...""

"<p>Prior to starting my project, I had a list of questions re: the work that was to be performed. Ed spent a lot of time answering every question, making sure I understood the terminology and the process. My house is on a hill, which made logistics for the entire project very challenging. The digging of the foundation, concrete pouring and built-out walls was impeccably done. Overall, Ed was incredibly helpful, and provided suggestions and ideas on how best to prepare the area for the entire project, such as a temporary service road for the construction vehicles and the delivery of materials for the entire project. Ed and his team are very conscientious of the work area, taking great care not to disrupt or destroy plantings, and was very professional and efficient. From the attention Ed paid to the details of my project, I could tell that there is great deal of pride in the work he and his team do. I would definitely use Vachino Masonry and Construction again.</p> <p><br /> </p>"
