"We woke up to find we had no hot water. When we went down to the basement, we found the water heater had leaked most of its contents all over our basement. We immediately began cleanup and called Comfort Masters. Soon after Chris arrived and determined a new water heater was necessary. Within the next hour, the water heater was disconnected and removed. Only an hour later, Chris returned with a replacement water heater and had it installed soon after. What started as a day where we were concerned about a huge cost and days without hot water got resolved quickly for less than we thought. Chris and Comfort Masters made this possible."

"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."
