"Excellent customer service. Really went above and beyond in all aspects of the job. Corrected multiple issues in my home including replacing kitchen faucet, installation of a new toilet, cleared mini split water leaking, and replaced shower valve. Also had a second person Andrew helping and he was excellent also. They showed up 7:30am on a Sunday came back at 7:30am on Tuesday after picking up all the parts I wanted. If you need a plumber hire this guy"

"They installed a new hot water heater for me back in March. Nine months later, a part failed. Although the water heater was under warranty, Burke told me I would have to pay the labor but the manufacturer would reimburse me. The manufacturer refused and Burke Plumbing and Heating stepped and reimbursed the labor fee of $250.00! They are awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone!"

"Matthew was great. He came out the day after I called him, on time, and called before he arrived. There was an issue with my Viessmann oil burner and I was able to talk through options with him - he wasn't quick to jump to any conclusion but carefully analyzed the problem and came up with a solution. It means a lot having someone that actually provides knowledgeable, professional advice and even followed up later to make sure everything was running well. I would highly recommend Gearhead Plumbing, Heating & A/C."

"My water heater died (leaked) late Wednesday nite. Thursday I called numerous plumbers-left messages, Burke's called back and by Friday afternoon I had a new water heater installed. I am in a mobile home and some plumbers said they don't service mobile homes."

"We had a toilet that was running and requested service. C.J. called in advance to let me know he was on his way and arrived right on time. He noticed that in addition to the toilet running, it also had a small leak. It was very apparent once he pointed it out. He gave me two options with pricing. He did a GREAT job and we are very pleased with the results! While he was there, I asked him about my radiators. He examined all three and found that one had a problem that would prevent us from adjusting the temperature. I thought, we'd have to schedule another appointment but we got lucky that he had time to do that repair as well! We were very pleased with the service we received from C.J. and his patience explaining everything to us."
