"Sales Rep/Technician was a very hard sell. His English was only fair and that complicated things. Buy, Buy, Buy. He wasn't about to let me go. I hired him even though his prices seemed a bit high, but I needed to garage my car before the winter storm hits later this week. The work was performed very quickly, but the 'package' of the door opener was stripped down when it came to accessories. We only got one remote and of course, the wall switch. We only received an electronic invoice, and none of the normal paperwork, manuals, etc. for the opener itself.
