I trust these guys to take care of me. I own some beach condos and sometimes I am present when they come and sometimes it's a trouble call when I am away (I live far away). Waylon attends to my needs and usually comes quickly. I really like this company. The cost below was for 2 units."

"I called James to fix a sound problem on my laptop that my husband was unable to resolve. He came to my office and not only fixed that issue, but several others that he found.  Additionally, on a subsequent day, I was unable to print anything, called James, and he remotely fixed the issue.
I am VERY thankful that I found North Alabama Technical Services! James is professional and personable in addition to being extremely knowledgeable. He really knows his stuff, and I highly recommend him. Why waste time and energy trying to fix things yourself and add to your problems when you can have someone like James actually fix it quickly and the right way the first time? Plus there's no anxiety and cussing --- and everyone who has tried and failed to solve computer issues yourself knows what I'm talking about!

"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. We will use them again if it becomes necessary."

The warranty did not end up covering the particular damage so I ended up doing that myself later on. They came out to do an estimate and look at it for us, but we did not actually end up using them. We did not pay for it, it was part of the closing costs. Because the work we needed wasn't covered, we did not find this service particularly useful. When I had to talk to them, I think it was three or four times that week, they were always very professional and responsive, but they just did not happen to cover the particular thing that happened to us so for that reason we would not go with them again. It was like a one-year thing that was included by the seller when they sold the house. I mean we were happy to have it but I don't think we would go out on our own and buy it.

They completed the work here in Santa Rosa on time. They were on time, did a wonderful job and came back on a couple of service issues immediately. They cleaned up after themselves. They were right on the money; actually, they were slightly less on price. Unlike a lot of service people, they came through when they said they were going to. They were dependable. I would rate them highly and would use them again."
