"I called James to fix a sound problem on my laptop that my husband was unable to resolve. He came to my office and not only fixed that issue, but several others that he found.  Additionally, on a subsequent day, I was unable to print anything, called James, and he remotely fixed the issue.
I am VERY thankful that I found North Alabama Technical Services! James is professional and personable in addition to being extremely knowledgeable. He really knows his stuff, and I highly recommend him. Why waste time and energy trying to fix things yourself and add to your problems when you can have someone like James actually fix it quickly and the right way the first time? Plus there's no anxiety and cussing --- and everyone who has tried and failed to solve computer issues yourself knows what I'm talking about!

"We had needed to have our chimney cleaned for a while, even though we no longer burn fires in the fireplace. On woody days there was a smokey smell in the house that we knew was coming thru the chimney.
The service man came to the house, inspected the fireplace & chimney. He pointed out some places in the chimney brick that were cracking and allowing water to seep in. He wrote up an estimate for repairs over the initial cleaning through the Angie's list coupon. He cleaned the fireplace & flue. He returned a week or so later to do the outside repairs. Since then we have had no smokey smell in the house. The young man was very polite & professional and we would use this service again if we ever needed it.

They completed the work here in Santa Rosa on time. They were on time, did a wonderful job and came back on a couple of service issues immediately. They cleaned up after themselves.
