"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. "My wife always has buyer's remorse. So when they installed a projector, screen, and surround sound, I fully expected my wife to be disappointed because she is very particular about what she wants. These guys did everything right. It was not an easy job either. We wanted a projector to disappear into the ceiling which required a lot of expertise. Bill is a wizard who was able to cast some kind of electrician spell and create a magical experience. It's amazing. We're still blown away by the quality of the picture, sound and, most importantly, the service. After they had installed everything, Bill came back to make slight adjustments so that it was exactly the way we wanted it. There was a lot of coordinating and shuffling; however, the front office was always responsive and polite. I always knew where we were at with the project. This was not an easy project because of where we have our beams. As a result, the project took longer than anticipated. That being said, I really appreciated Bill's honesty and wanting to get the end product right, rather than rushing it to meet a deadline. While I had a few other opportunities to use other businesses, Bill and his team were the clear choice and neither me nor my wife regret our decision to build this incredible theater experience in our living room.
