"Sean was very prompt in responding to me request for service and did his absolute best to accommodate my schedule at my convenience. He was very flexible overall and helped get my AC repair ASAP after it was broken. This was especially helpful since it was getting warm outside! He was on time for all of our appointments and communicated what needed to be done/fixed clearly, so I wasn’t left with a huge bill that I wasn’t expecting. Expectations are very important and he seems to understand. I would highly recommend Sean and/or his team for any issues you might have for a cost effective and friendly solution. Thank you so much for your help Sean!"

"I originally called about a garbage disposal leak and the problem was misdiagnosed. When Supreme was made aware, they apologized and refunded me what I had paid for the service call."

"Edmond responded right away and listened to my explanation of the issue over the phone. It was Friday afternoon and we both agreed the issue was non-urgent so we scheduled an early Monday morning visit. He showed up at 8a sharp as we agreed and he did a thorough check of our AC system. Edmond is very knowledgeable and he explained everything thoroughly. He gave me a couple of suggestions. I’m pretty handy so I’ll try to tackle it myself. He said to just call him if I get stuck and he could either come back out or coach me over the phone. Pricing is reasonable and quality of service is top-notch. I’ll keep them on speed dial and I highly recommend Hecomo for HVAC service!"

"Michael arrived as promised, inspected the problem, had to go to Lowe's to purchase materials, completed the repair, and tested to be sure that all was good. I am very happy with Michael and the job that he did."

"I contacted Bluestar Air Mechanical for a second opinion after an appointment with Air One. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues. Since replacing the HVAC is a big investment, I wanted to get a second opinion. It was only after comparing the service from Bluestar that I realized Air One may have been pushing for a new system sale or lacked the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the actual problems. Isaac, the technician from Bluestar, spent about an hour thoroughly diagnosing and fixing the issues. He found burnt wiring in the furnace and discovered that the wrong capacitor had been incorrectly installed in the AC. Isaac replaced the burnt wiring in the furnace and the capacitor in the AC. After these repairs, my Carrier system was back up and running—without the need for a costly replacement. Bluestar, and Isaac in particular, demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and honesty. They focused on resolving the actual issues instead of pushing for an unnecessary system replacement. I highly recommend Bluestar for their reliable service and Isaac’s thorough and knowledgeable work."

"Excellent service from the first phone call, to expert recommendation, to sales negations to installation. I was very impressed with McCarthy Services and would highly recommend them."

"They responded our request timely. The technician is very professional and did everything neatly and timely. We are very happy with their services."

"We received speedy and exceptional service. Service person Leron was professional, honest and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem. Thank you! We highly recommend this company."

"It went very well. They did a good job. The cost was over $400. I don't know whether or not that's too high or not. I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy. I needed something and he was happy to get it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. As for the quality of their service, so far so good. Everything went okay. It stopped leaking."

"Outstanding same-day repair service during a heat wave at a very reasonable price. Can't be beat!"
