"Sean was very prompt in responding to me request for service and did his absolute best to accommodate my schedule at my convenience. He was very flexible overall and helped get my AC repair ASAP after it was broken. This was especially helpful since it was getting warm outside! He was on time for all of our appointments and communicated what needed to be done/fixed clearly, so I wasn’t left with a huge bill that I wasn’t expecting.
