"On my way out the door to work I noticed that the carpet in our basement was wet. I initially called Vincent to have him come out and repair/ replace the water heater based upon the water I could see. This was my first Home Advisor hire and I must say Vince you are everything most homeowners want in a repair technician. Vince arrived on time( called first), quickly diagnosed the true issue( not the water heater , but the AC catch and a clogged drainage pipe from AC. I felt he was professional, thorough, and trustworthy. I did not feel he was trying to sell me any repair I did not need. "I called ABC Heating and Cooling when I found my air conditioner leaking out the bottom. since my unit was getting old I opted to have it replaced. ABC beat other prices by almost 50% and were ab!e to get my new system installed within 4 days. "I can't believe I haven't left a review after all this time.  Better late than never though.
The movers were great, polite and professional.  The guys were very clear about which expectations they are able to meet and what is realistic with the time frame they are given.  It was a lot of work moving to our new place which was located up 3 flights of stairs but they powered through it!  We provided lots of Gatorade and some snacks as a token of our appreciation!  We ended up paying for additional time but we knew there was a possibility that it would take longer than expected.
We only wish there were no hidden charges for extras like wrapping furniture, etc.  We normally don't have to pay extra for this based on our previous experiences with other movers.  We opted not to avail of those services and they were clear that there was a risk of the furniture getting scratched or damaged.  Fortunately, the furniture was getting replaced with new ones anyway so we didn't care too much about cosmetic damage so long as it stays functional when we reached our new place. However, they did their best to make the least amount of damage to them which was a plus.  
All in all, it was a smooth move and we couldn't be happier about that.

"The audit went well.  The follow-on work (water heater replacement, heat pump replacement, and caulking).
They did a pretty good job.  They did sub out the water heater and heat pump parts.  The new water heater had a heat pump unit on it too.  The water heater had an alarm that went out and was eventually replaced.
The subs did test my patience when they started late and ended even later than they said they would.  I eventually told them they had to get out at a certain time.
I took a year to write this because I wanted to back it up with cost savings info.  Unfortunately, the jury is still out on whether or not the system is paying for itself.
