They came out inspected my heat pump and said it was too old and if it needed parts they would not be able to order them, so they didn't do any work.  I called the company and they explained that they didn't want to be responsible for the job.  The End.   But all the representatives of the company were very informative,  courteous and polite

"The process went smooth, and the Technicians started on it the moment they arrived. I called Mr. Su'Coy and explained the situation he immediately set up an appointment with me to get the necessary repairs made. Mr. Su'Coy sent the first technician out to investigate the issue with the AC leaking and followed up with 2 young technicians to complete the job. The technicians that came out for the inspection and the 2 young technicians were on point with being on the schedule set. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

Their price was $59.98 for the service, not including the price of the battery. And they gave me a senior discount. Compared to what other people say, I think they are probably fairly ordinary in the pricing and they are always giving me a senior discount or something. So I am pleased with the price of everything.

After a beyond horrible experience with one of the Airport endorsed (shared) Van Services about a year and a half ago, I did not want to go with them again (or ever again for that matter!) and looked for an alternative on Angie's List.

Michael answered my phone call and arranged the trip for the following day confirming it by text message right away after I had send him details like my name, address and pick up time in the same way.

He himself showed up 5 minutes ahead of time in a big, clean car (with excellent AC on a above 90 degree humid day!), gave us all the time we needed to get ready, helped with stowing and unloading the luggage and gave us a very smooth ride to the airport.

"I highly r DryMount and they are now my go-to for home repair. They do great work, are honest, and a pleasure to work with. In the summer of 2020, my garbage disposal was leaking and needed to be replaced. I obtained several estimates and DryMount was by far the best when considering price and the quality of the disposal. Some other companies offered to sell me older models and were more expensive on parts alone than what DryMount charged for a newer and quieter model, which included installation. I could not have been happier with the service. In January 2021, I didn’t have hot water anywhere in the house. I was so happy with my previous experience, I called DryMount to ask if they could check out my water heater. Despite being late in the afternoon, they came the same day and thoroughly checked it out. My water heater is very inconveniently located in a very small closet and, despite having to get on a ladder and contort their bodies into uncomfortable positions, they discovered that my water heater was fine and that I likely just had a power surge. They took care of the problem and only charged me $89, which is the fee for coming out to your house, and did not charge me anything extra. FWIW, the guys have a great sense of humor, and was put at ease before i felt any guilt For having to make the guys get on a ladder and twist themselves into a pretzel . I absolutely trust DryMount and they are my first call for when the inevitable pains of homeownership arise. They are the best, both with regard to quality of service and price. "The service went fine.  I wanted them to test if the carbon monoxide was leaking or something for the safety and also do the cleaning.  The guy that came out, didn't do any cleaning.  The good side was that he found that it was leaking; but the other hand, he said the machines were pretty old.  He can give some special price, if I want to make some major repairs.  I was not interested because of my purpose in the beginning was just to check the safety.  On the other hand, I was disappointed because he didn't do anything about the cleaning.  He came on time.  I got what I paid for.  The price was okay because he didn't charge more.  He tried to answer all my questions.  He came on the appointed day."
