"Everything went well. The crew arrived on time and hardly took a break throughout their 12-hour day. The clean-up was near perfect as I did find a few nails in my landscaping (but not the lawn or driveway). It was rained several times since the install and there are no leaks and the gutters are working perfectly. I paid the extra to have the "needle guard" installed on my gutters as I get needles from my neighbors pine trees - and now there are no needles or debris cluttering up my gutters. "We purchased a home in the woods, near lake Michigan this Spring. When we looked at the home, there was snow on the roof, and it was so beautiful. When the snow melted, we found the 10 year old roof was heavily covered in moss and algae. We love the home, and wanted to make it look as good as new if possible....but I figured I'd have to settle for decent..not new.
The team from Peak Performance came exactly to the minute when they said they would arrive, cleaned the roof so it looks as good as new, and when they left, the yard was cleaner than when they arrived. As the roof dried, it looked better and better...and in a matter of hours, I began to wonder if they had somehow slipped new shingles on the roof while I wasn't paying attention.
Going from a roof that was so heavily coated with moss, that in some places it looked a bit like indoor/outdoor carpet...transformed to what looks like a new roof is beyond astonishing. i love my new home, and having the look of it improve as much as it did with this one project....was worth many times what I paid. If you want a beautiful roof, or if you're thinking of selling and you want to add curb appeal....this is a whole lot of bang for the buck. I was glad to learn that they offer an annual treatment program so that the moss growth will not happen again. With a $12K+ roof over my head, I want it to last and look great...figure these guys will be back every year for the treatments for as long as I own this home."

"I had a downspout fall down in a windstorm and they came out and fixed the downspout and re attached it to the gutter and secured it much better than it was ever constructed in the first place. The receptionist in the office was very pleasant as well and setting up an appointment was a breeze. They showed up on time (actually a day early) and got the job done and my wife said they were very polite when she spoke with them. I've recommended them several times to friends and colleagues already."

"After a few extra attempts to get it done properly, it was fine. They ignored our request to meet with them on the onset. They came in and did the job that was unsatisfactory. We reached them again two and a half weeks later. They came back and finished the job with their own materials. It was okay. It was really a disappointment because of a lot of extra scheduling for us to do. We paid an additional $50 to have our gutter guards removed and replaced. They removed all our gutter guards and never replaced anything so our gutters filled up again. We went to the store and bought our own materials which was $150 worth. Getting it done was a hassle but the product itself looks good. It will serve our needs adequately. The price was good."
