"We searched for a long time for a company to replace a current central A/C which was not particularly old, but the handler up in the attic was nearing the end of life so we had to replace the whole system. Speer seemed most knowledgeable, offered a product we were comfortable with (Amana) and were also professional and prompt. Of note we had a troublesome smart thermostat which required that they return multiple times to address - they did not consider the job done until this was fully operational. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"Matt and Mike replaced our old barrel type humidifier that wasn't working and replaced it with the Aprilaire fan in humidifier, ran a new water line, electric and rerouted the condensation line to the sump pump. They also upgraded the thermostat and relay panel to be able to control the humidity from t-stat. Everything is running perfectly with home humidity at 46%. Also purchased the elite yearly service plan."
