Noise didn't occur during visit but unit working well, no evidence of problem. Service was prompt, courteous, and I wasn't charged for the visit."

"Excellent. A fill valve had been shut off for some time. There was insufficient water in the circulation system The Universe technician seeing that the water pressure in the system was too low, opened the valve until the pressure was within normal limits. We thought that the radiators might have to be air bled, but after he left, it turned out that all the radiators were working properly. The cost to me only amounted to the visit service charge and that was far less than a major repair would have cost. Very satisfied!"
