"Overall positive experience, quick, professional and show up on time. Austin installed two brand new A/C for us, a split mini and a central unit. They both are working great. They removed the old units, cleaned up everything, very pleased with their work. I definitely will call again if needed. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Great customer service! tech arrived on time when scheduled. Work was performed in a timely manor and very thoroughly. Would recommend this company to anyone in need of these services."

"Great service. They did the work I needed done and nothing more. I will return to Summit with all my HVAC needs."

"We have used other companies for services but when it came to replacing both A/C units we went with Ragsdale and we are very pleased. They are polite and professional. Highly recommend them for your home or business."
