"This company was extremely efficient from the secretary who answered the phone to the dispatch of a person named Jeremy the next morning who arrived on time as scheduled. I was requesting an estimate to replace my main water line because I had no water pressure. Jeremy quickly assessed my problem and suggested we bypass my 24 yr. old water softener. When we did that I had all the pressure I needed. A reasonable diagnosis fee was less than $3,000.00 to replace a water line. I would recommend this company to anyone."

"John came out to install a single window. Other contractors through home advisor came out and wouldn't follow up because the job was too small. John came out, it was easy to set an appointment with him. He arrived on time and ended up giving me a timely quote and honest timeline on when the work could be done since I had a special order window. Once the window arrived he put it in the following day. "Hello, I had GrindnShine Pros mud my basement as I thought I wouldn't be able to perform this step of finishing my basement. (I had done the rest myself up to mudding). Do NOT hire this team to do mudding. I was gonna hold off on posting a review on these guys to possibly cool off and have a better mindset but I am having to sand my entire basement as they did 0 sanding. If they cared enough about your home they would cared a little more. Lots of areas need remudded and everything needs sanded prior to painting. Took 4 pictures of just two walls of the worst I could find. There are tons of other examples but this is what they call a finished product after $5600 dollars."
