Before leaving he cleaned the area he was working thoroughly. and reviewed what he had serviced. Dana took the time to explain there was part in my heater that was worn, showed me the problem and assured me that he would order the part and be back to fix it properly. And even though it was out of his service area to install the leak smart systems (sensors that turn off the main water valve when they detect water on the floor), Frank agreed to come up and address it.
