"It went very well. The process leading up to the installation was informed and stress free. The estimate was done in November and it ended up being less cost wise than two other companies we solicited during the previous summer. This company was the only one that assured us they could install a high efficiency model despite the structure of the roofline. (The house was originally a flat roofed rambler and had a second floor added on top of the old roof). They also were the only ones who agreed that we could install a wireless sensor in a place we chose with no problems.  The crew was punctual and conscientious about placing tarps down to minimize dirt on carpeting, etc...  Clean up was also thorough. They started at 8:30 am and were finished by 2 pm. We were initially concerned about the noise of the furnace because we do not have a basement and the utility room is close to our bedroom. We were invited to go to the company owner's house to listen to his furnace which is the same model we were looking to install. That was a nice gesture that gave us confidence that we were getting a model we could live with. The ground was too frozen to install and level the air conditioner so they will come back in the spring to finish that but so far we are very happy with our purchase.

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
