I like the fact that their prompt response, if you have a problem, like if you have a heating or air conditioning problem, they're right on it. And Actually if you call before the cut off at 10 PM, they come that night. After 10 PM, they have to come out the next day. Our problem was at 10:30 at night, we realized it wasn't blowing cold air. If we had called a little earlier, they would have came right out. They have enough people to service problems, which is nice, instead of having just one guy. I think they're prices are great, I just don't remember exactly what we paid for the unit. I wouldn't have used them to begin with if they didn't have a good price."
