We didn't even know there was a way to bypass something and he showed us. "Upon arrival investigated customer concerns. They recently replaced their thermostat but there is no heating or cooling. Checked voltage at thermostat and it was only getting 15 volts, thermostat is not getting a proper voltage. Went to furnace to further investigate and found that system is giving a code that 24 volts secondary fuse is open. Found that the fuse is blown and replaced fuse upon customer request. This was caused from replacing thermostat but not disabling all power in the AC circuit before removing old thermostat . Tranisha was great to work with. We will call Carls again! - Verified operations and got a good temperature split. - Programmed new thermostat to system. - System running in heating upon departure. "
