Lisa remained communicative throughout the entire process. Tony and his team were true professionals. They arrived on time, explained the work to be performed as well as the steps they were taking along the way. They removed the old HVAC system and installed the new one being very careful throughout the entire process. The whole team was friendly and efficient. Ed is also great as he has been to my house for various problems over the years and always does an awesome job. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend East Coast Comfort for simple repairs or a full system installation or anything in between!"

"The company was very responsive and had Simone come out with a week of requesting their help. We needed our AC unit moved and a Freon leak repaired. Rocco and his assistant came out and did a great job. Rocco heard me complain about being annoyed with hearing the loud motor kick in when I sit next to the unit on my patio and he had a great solution to move the unit to the opposite end of my back yard. The idea was brilliant and didnâ t cross my mind. So thatâ s what we did and it open up the living area so much more and I can now enjoy my coffee and cocktails in peace. "Crew members Trong Chau, Tan Pham did an excellent job for the installation - prompt, professional, and thorough. Staff Dante Zappala professionally measured and sized the system. Unique Indoor Comfort staff were very slow in providing warranty papers for the extended warranty of the Rheem Water Heater - it took a month to get the proper sticker to validate the warranty - and made it seem like a problem. We hope that they respect the warranties for the A/C and Furnace through Carrier."

After being quoted thousands of dollars from other companies he came over and told me he was not going to charge me to replace something that could be fixed. He quickly fixed the issues and also assisted with a couple of other problems i had. Was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail about my A/C and heating unit.
