"It all went great, Josh arrived right on time near 8:00 AM. He installed the two fan timer switches with no problem. But his talent and expertise showed with fishing and running the coax cable from the first floor to the attic. He handled that in a timely fashion and had it all done by 10:00 AM. I would agree, Josh must be one of your best. My thanks to you and Josh."

"He did an awesome job and was very neat. He picked up everything after each ceiling fans was installed and took a little portable vacuum to the areas. I would definitely hire him again."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"In 2019 installed eight custom exterior storm windows at my Historic District home in Wilmington, NC. Competently determined realistic plans and exercised high level integrity and communication skills while managing routine as well as unexpected issues."

"absolutely an amazing company. Randy was out of this world. I cant say enough good things about them. We had several contractors in our house and none of them where as professional and responsive as Lee and his team. The quality was more then what I expected. Went above and beyond my expectations. This is now my go to contractor. Thank you Randy and Lee its really hard now a days to find people like you. I will definitely recommend you to friends and family.
