"I canâ t say enough good things about Bruce and Southern Comfort. He was a true lifesaver. Our AC went out when triple digit heat was expected. Our house reached 85 degrees inside and it was unbearable. We tried all the basic diagnostic stuff but it came down to needing an expert. From the time I put out the SOS to the time it took Bruce to find and fix the problem was about an hour. The emergency charge plus part and labor was very reasonable. The company who installed the unit couldnâ t make it until Wednesday afternoon. Bruce was professional, efficient and personable. If you want it fixed right give Southern Comfort and Bruce a call. We are so glad we did and we will call him again for any issues or maintenance."
