"They destroyed the whole pipes that caused flooding to my neighbors. The water was off and every other day we need to go out to the street to turn it on. This company denied the responsibility but later reimbursed me for the first leak repair after employee acknowledging doing partial work. This project aims to address and fix the extensive leaks. Must be completely replaced, cause of leaks appears to be from over heating of the copper as locations are at ALL connections and bends in the pipe, too much to patch. "We used Angi to find a plumber early on a Sunday morning due to our toilet not flushing even after we plunged it and used our at-home auger snake which brought up a root ball. The professional and friendly dispatcher from Reliable called within 10 minutes of submitting our online request and the technician Joshua arrived within 10 minutes of the start time of our 2 hour service window, gave us a reasonable estimate and explained exactly what work would be done. He pulled the toilet and got the drain cleared of roots and the toilet flushing again within an hour. We will definitely contact Reliable Rooter & Plumbing Pro for our future plumbing needs!"
