"Tim was wonderful. I put in this project on a Saturday night after finding mold behind a piece of furniture in my finished basement. The next morning Tim already reached out looking to set up an appointment Monday morning. Over the phone he explained the possible process of this project and put me in the books first thing Monday morning. He arrived right on time, looked at the area, and again explained everything. After about 15 minutes of doing his inspection, Tim gave me two estimates, which were both fairly priced. I selected the estimate that worked best for me, and Tim got working right away. Throughout the project, he continued to update me with what he was doing and what he had left. From when Tim arrived to when he left, it took him roughly 3.5 hours for the whole project. He did an excellent job, and I would recommend him to anyone."

"I had a poor experience. I hired this company to do a mold assessment in my apartment. I dealt with the owner. First, he requested cash or check payment only. I was worried about mold ABOVE the ceiling on the beams and studs and not just the visible mold on the ceiling plaster and I worried it could be black mold. He did not seem to listen to what I told him and he did not use a water meter to check for saturation or a borescope or any other tools except taking a surface sample and air sample (the borescope and water meter I did not know about until after I had paid him for this inadequate job). He did not mention anything I said in the report. He was also rude and unkind and never provided me with a receipt."

"Lesson learned. Always get an estimate. BEFORE the work is done. At least a digital copy. Arrangements for the project were made, with some one named Lynn, for the company to send someone to complete the work. We were quoted over the phone 4500-5000 which included a mold test. A sub contractor with an entirely different company (National Mold Company) was sent. When the contractor arrived, he stated that the job would be much more simpler than first thought. This led us to believe that the job would cost less, no. All said and done, they charged $5500. All said and done, it's almost like no work was done. The stains and the smell are still there. Only one actual board was taken upon the attic room. The ceiling in the bedroom was primed and painted but are still visible and have a funky smell. At this point I'm going to. Do what we should have done; Do the job ourselves. Just now with $5500 less dollars in our pockets. A detailed receipt was not given even though it was requested."

we powerstrech all carpeting in . we follow carpet and rug institute guidelines c.r.i .by using a powerstecher you will no longer have buckling or stretching of your carpet.............. we do the job right the first time,we don't knee kick carpet in.there are very few company's that have the level of expertise that i have in the field of carpeting or carpet inspections...heavy furniture moved for additional price quoted at time of job' or customers responsibility..we will vacuum up all carpeting that we have worked on in the rooms we have stretched for a additional charge .$15.00 min room'or $60.00.00 maximum after 4 rooms..or the customer may chose to vacuum there own carpet. we will remove all big scraps of carpet that is trimmed off and dispose of them ..

He took the time to explain everything, had a sensor that can detect moisture through the wall (drywall in this case), had helpful suggestions, was very thorough in checking the nearby rooms and garage with the sensor.
