"Was told the project would take 5 - 6 weeks when contract signed on July 23. Was October 12th before we had the work completed. Over 10 weeks without a kitchen (appliances, sink, water). VERY poor communication. I was NEVER called and told that something wasn't being done - I found out when I got home and learned no one had showed up to finish work committed to and called to get information. Not good at clean-up."

"Paul and Francesco were really good . We did have a little hiccup in the beginning as the job they were doing decided they like their work so well they added on more work. So my job did get delayed by one day in studying, but they stayed till they finished and they went over and beyond. They they stayed to the price that they quoted me. And the work as professional should do I was extremely pleased with the job. I look forward to them doing more work for me in the future."

From there they completely remade our master bathroom shower and tub area with marble tile. "I have never dealt with a more incompetent company as Best Flooring. It started with the removal of all the original flooring which left holes in my wall, chipped cabinets and every corner of my house walls scuffed. They were very apologetic and promised to make it right…They didn’t. I brought up many concerns during demolition and installation. My floors upstairs were creaking like I lived in a 100 year home. There were cracked planks in every room. The floors were moving when stepped on. They came out twice to fix the problems and used my 4 un-opened boxes to replace the “problem” areas. I finally had to get a certified floor specialist to come to my home to give an unbiased opinion on what was going on. Which cost more money out of my pocket. Come to find out they never leveled my floors correctly. So As of right now I am out of over $22,000…What I paid them for the flooring, what the flooring cost and plumber fees. They broke my flanges on 2 toilets and reinstalled my master bath toilet when repairing the floors for the second time and the toilet leaked to my downstairs. There is countless other problems like ruining my rug, spilling something on my outside freshly painted porch that is now discolored. I could go on and on. My floors are only 3 months old!!! Please do not use this company. They are awful and have no clue what they are doing!"

"I initially hired Mr.Handyman to investigate and fix a leak around my window. They told me on the phone based on the photos I provided that the estimate for the job will be about $775 to find and fix the source of the leak and replace the drywall. I believe they use predatory and deceitful practices to inflate the final pricing, as it ended up being far higher than original estimates. When their handyman showed up, the estimate changed to $1010. I was never verbally informed that any of these estimates did not include materials. After removing the drywall, the handyman never found the source of the leak. I had to drive out to the property to find and fix it myself. I then called the handyman to re-install the drywall after the issue was fixed. I was then given another invoice for $977, so now we are at a total $1433, of which they claim $371 is materials. They never found or fixed the actual issue as promised but still charged for the full job. I thought we were being overcharged, since the original estimate was for finding and fixing the actual source of the leak, which they never did. When I questioned the materials charge and asked for receipts, their manager told me he would not send me any receipts even though they have them in the system because "its not their protocol" and that they put an upcharge on materials. When I questioned how much % the upcharge is, or if they can provide actual pricing of the materials, he said “when you buy at Publix, you don't ask them how much they upcharge for your food". This makes no sense, as at the store I see the price before I buy something, so I can decide if I want to buy it. Mr.Handyman never provided me with pricing of materials upfront, they just sent me one final price at the end without a breakdown of materials purchased, which they can make up to be anything. This is highly unethical. If this is a cost-plus contract, they should be providing receipts."
