This work covered the following: 1) Remove carpeting, install plank laminate flooring, and floor baseboards 2) Install bathroom tile flooring and floor baseboards I would recommend DeMayo Tile. I love the way the floors looks and the job that was done. Mike also found underlying issues (like a leaking pipe) that might not have been discovered until well after the installation was completed. "Frank and his son did a fantastic job installing our luxury vinyl plank flooring for a very reasonable price!! Frank was so easy to work with. It took me about 3 weeks to decide on a color and then because I waited so long, the flooring wasn't going to arrive in time. Frank suggested a color closely matching my original choice and came back to my house with a sample so I could see it. He was so patient with me while I made this decision. I explained that I've never made a big purchase that I didn't experience Buyer's Remorse after and find a reason, no matter how crazy, that I was unhappy. Frank wasn't worried. He said it would take 2 to 3 days and they would need to remove and reinstall my bathroom toilet, and they would move all the furniture and washer/ dryer. The week before we were scheduled for installation, my powder room toilet broke and we needed a new one. I called Frank and asked since they were going to uninstall and reinstall my current toilet would it be possible to just install a new one? NO PROBLEM! The floors were installed on time and look gorgeous!!! Best purchase I've ever made-- not one pang of Buyer's Remorse. I would highly recommend Bensalem Flooring!!!"

I had filled out their online form that I was looking to have wood floors installed (approx 900 sq ft) and I received a call the next day with co-owner Marcelino coming over a day later. I received the quote by the third day and they started installing the floors in two weeks. The workers were prompt and courteous during the entire time and the floor looks great and left everything clean. It took one day to install the floor and two days for the stairs (one day to install and another day to stain and seal)."
