"At first, we thought that they were just going to repair the existing wood floor, but after talking to the owner, he said that there was a room that had to be replaced entirely because the planks were in very bad conditions. They got us a great price on the new Oak floor and store it in their warehouse until it was ready to be installed. We thought the process was going to be messy but it was not! They handled everything very carefully, protected our furniture, and vacuumed the area after they sanded the floors, which is pretty much the hardest part. We did a natural refinishing, no color change because we love the natural look of our White Oak Floor. It’s has been amazing to hear all the compliments our floors get from friends and family. "Well first I should say that I quoted out this job for a while before I finally made a decision to move forward with JB Marble. Although they were the least expensive quote, that was not why I chose them, I chose them because Jean was very in tune with the issues i was having with my travertine floor had and was very informative on how the repairs would need to be made. The other companies just came in measured my floor and gave me a quote, no communication. Jean and his crew were very careful when they relocated my furniture and well protected items they could not move (kitchen cabinets & walls). Jean even provided me with tips to maintain my floors longer. I would highly recommend and use them again. They were prompt everyday and although it took them a little longer to finish then he expected due to the amount of work needing to be done, he did not charge anything additional."
