"Very pleased with the professional and friendly service received. Eric, the owner, was professional and easy to work with. I appreciated his help with narrowing the flooring choices to what product would be best for what I needed, ie, stand up to heavy traffic in the entryway as well as being waterproof for the baths and kitchen. He also promptly provided all the documentation required by my HOA for approval of what I wanted done. I kept changing my mind about which direction to lay the flooring, so when it was delivered, Eric helped lay out a box of the flooring so I could get a better idea of how it would look overall, very nice. Dan, the installer was also professional and did a great job. I particularly liked the job done cutting the bottom of the door frames to slip the flooring underneath. Looks like it was just meant to be that way. Since the name of his showroom is Floors and More, I asked if he did counter tops too. He worked with Andrew Shubin at Pro Granite to order the quartz for the kitchen and find remnants for the baths which helped keep the cost down. Very pleased all the way around. I plan to have him install carpet in the near future and possibly replace the tile around the fireplace."

"He sanded the floor and put a Swedish finish on the floor over a 4 day period.  I was shocked at the results,  more beautiful than I had ever imagined.  He completed the job as scheduled, cost was exactly the same as his bid.  So easy to work with, very pleasant, wife is a delight..  You don't have to look further, just hire them and you will be very pleased!!!

"The entire team at Modern Flooring Services was incredibly professional! We appreciate how responsive they were and how smooth the process was with them. We had a very tight timeline after closing on our house to get the new floors installed before we moved. And they finished installation a day early! "Greg, the company owner, returned my initial call right away, provided an extremely competitive quote, and managed the project from start to finish with excellent results. Greg answered all of my questions about the best type of flooring finish for our circumstances (we went with Swedish) and was even able to match the repair work wood flooring to the existing flooring in our home. He tested several of the old planks to identify the type. I've had a lot of contractors working on my home in the past 8 months since our home purchase. Most have been larger companies where the sales team and work crews never communicate and execute the work as promised, and have no connection to the customer. Maranatha Hardwoods was refreshingly the total opposite experience. They are a small business that knows their craft and takes pride in their work. I plan on using Maranatha for future work and would absolutely reccomend their company."

"Prompt communication thru four full day work, very knowledgeable, and reasonable price. Work quality is good, but some areas look slightly uneven in the refinished area. The color seems noticeably lighter than the rest of kitchen cupboard and the mismatch is obvious. A couple things to note: 1) Some stain drops were splattered over the edge of every stair steps to the garage, when I tried to clean, it's got worse and left big stained areas. 2) For one day when we came back, one downstair toilet was plugged with poop and another one on second floor was with urine around. It was disgusting to clean up the toilets. On the second day, the master bedroom toilet was used despite the master room door was CLOSED and the toilet was left UNFLUSHED with poop. 3) On the final day he asked around $200 more than the estimate he had provided due to hardwood floor price change. He presented the invoice of the hardwood floor material purchased but I feel that he should have checked the price"
