"Everything was great!! Working with Stewart was a wonderful experience as he helped guide us through the process, and had answers for our laundry list of questions. Install guys were great, quick and efficient and cleaned up well as they went, which is nice to see. We were changing up the layout of a couple of rooms and the guys were kind enough to help me put things back in different places once the floors were done since this wasn’t an empty house install. Stewart was upfront about everything. They had a great price on the flooring and install thanks to his industry experience. 100/100 would recommend. On top of the great price the instal of my laminate floors and stair case look amazing. There are no gaps at all and no two board ends line up which takes lots of planning. Flooring Usa Inc bent over backwards to coordinate carpet installation with other contractors working on the house at the time. I was offered a bit of a discount on some extra carpet that was sitting around the store for a while and he wanted to move it. His price was an installed price. It included everything. No nickel and diming based on the phase of the moon, or extra travel, weird room shape, etc. His price was very competitive compared to others. It was a mostly vacant house. I gave them 50% down on an AMEX card. They showed up on time for the measurement as well as the install. After the install I drove down the next day and gave them the other 50%.

Subsequently, my brother needed to have the kitchen vinyl replaced at the same address. After getting nickeled and dimed and somewhat gouged by other companies I recommended he simply call Flooring USA. My brother went down there. When he gave the address the sales guy remembered the job from about 60 days prior. Again, gave my brother a deal on a roll of vinyl they wanted to move. Their scheduling was a bit out of sync with my brother's work schedule. My brother gave them ZERO down and the keys to the now vacant house. He came back into town 10 days later and the job was 100% complete. He called in the AMEX to pay for the job.

These folks are easy to work with and price competitive. They are worth a look.

"Couldn't be more pleased.  The home is four years old.  We have lived here for one year. Since purchase we intended to replace carpet with hardwood but we just havent gotten there.  So, I decided to have the carpet cleaned to hold me over until I had the energy to take on the project of replacing all the floors Who would have guessed?   I have a like new, high quality carpet.  It will  be a while before I can in good concience justify disposing of an entire house of carpet as lovely as this just because I want hardwood.  It will happen one  day.
