Stewart arranged for 3 samples to of the carpet to be shipped from Mohawk Carpet so that we could see the color in our home. "The flooring subs were great. They were professional, showed up when they said they would, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. I hope we get Mario and Cory to do the flooring in our pool house.
The countertop/granite guys were also top-notch and there work was A-grade as well.
They lost point for the kitchen cabinet installer who was erratic and did not do the job as he promised. It took calling, emailing photos to Joe Awad to get Carl to come back. Even then he left a mess and did a half-assed crappy job on the walls. Joe offered to make-good but we were fed up with Carl and hate begging people to do their job, honoring the commitment.

"It went very well. The only problem was that there was not enough allowance for the hvac floor registers to fit back into the vents. I had to cut back carpet to get them to fit. Otherwise I was very pleased. If I had not been preoccupied with other contractors at the time, I might have caught it and had the carpet installer make the cuts before he left. I am most pleased with the carpet. Kathy Ranalli was very responsive and kept me up to date via text and phone on the progress and follow up on my project."
