Not only did they show up hours after my initial contact, they showed up the next day to install the whole living room floor. Its a smaller living room, but still the fact they got everything done in less than 6 hours, were under price of other contractors and the work is top notch. I would HIGHLY recommend them. "I was lucky to find Kustom Floors, I contacted them and got the owner on the phone. I stated to him I had a situation and needed help quickly, my basement had flooded and I needed someone to install new carpet for my wife and I. He promptly stop by the house the same day brought samples and took measurements, mr bitters then scheduled me in and told me once I was ready or if I needed more time he could make adjustments. We they came through and it was the nicest carpet installation I have seen yet, me and my wife was very pleased and will always call Kustom floors for our flooring installation from now on. "When removing the toilet to remodel my bathrrom, several tiles came up with it.  The floor was original to the house (68 yrs old) with a cement subfloor.   Since this is the only bathroom in the house, Dan agreed to start the job on Saturday.  I bought my own tiles and they completed removing the rest of the floor, applied two layers of leveler, layed the new tile and grouted.  It took four days.  When the rest of the remodeling was done they came back and reinstalled the toilet.  They were always punctual and very curtious.  Every tile cut was perfect!  The floor looks AMAZING!  I would recommend them to everyone who needs a reputable company that knows what they are doing."

"We had an great experience working with IC Floors. From the beginning they were helpful and responsive, and that continued through the whole project. They were listened to us through the whole process, from getting a quote and selecting tile through the finishing touches. They sell flooring materials as well as install, so we purchased the tile through them. They had a nice selection and worked to help us find what we wanted, making suggestions for what might go well in our house. The pricing was very competitive, but we decided to go with them both based on price AND because they seemed responsive and easy to work with. They sub-contracted the installation (not sure if that's always the case). The workmanship was excellent, and they kept our house clean and mostly functional throughout the project (a big deal since it was a lot of rooms). Problems happen during renovation projects, but they helped solve all of the issues that came up. The wrong color grout was installed in a couple of rooms before the mistake was caught. I believe it was actually their supplier's mistake, but they immediately called us back with a solution and fixed it with no argument. We also were particular about the transitions to rooms with wood floors, and they fixed that in a way we were very happy with as well. Overall we had a very positive experience, and would highly recommend this company."

"Tom was great to work with. From the time I got the quote to the finished product he was a true professional all the way. Quality was the best I have ever seen, no issues at all. I bought an unusual style floor that took extra effort to put in and it turned out great. His estimate was dead on and finished on time. I also felt very comfortable with him in my home without me there. I am going to hire him again to do the shower and also recommend him to some other people. Overall I would have to say this was a disappointing experience. I purchased a BigDeal and it took forever to get my project scheduled. I had a small job and maybe that's why it took so long. After the work was finally scheduled the job took 2 days to complete. Day 1 the floor was completely sanded & coat one laid down. However there was wood dust left over in places throughout the room. They need to clean their filters better before starting another job. To me, this is just plain laziness and unacceptable. Day 2, the second coat was applied, screened and clear-coated. After about two weeks I had noticed that they did not do a piece right in the doorway and a small strip behind the supply vent. It's actually the same piece of flooring. It looks horrible and I can't believe no one noticed it until well after the job was completed. We had carpet put down and those guys are the ones that pointed it out to us.. We were so embarrassed. I ended up doing that piece myself and it was a complete pain in the ***.
