"They found my floors to be too wet to install the flooring when they gave me an estimate.  They had a second employee stop by with another meter to double check the wetness of the floors.  Then they were kind enough to leave a Driez electronic moisture counter with me to show the company who dried the floors that they were still damp.  They left the mositure meter with me for several weeks until the wetness issue was resolved to my satisfaction.  Their knowledge and customer service spoke volumes about their company.  They went above and beyond to help me out with a very stressful situation.

William and the men who worked at our home were friendly, punctual, covered floors entering the house to the bathrooms to protect wood floors and did a good job tiling, grouting and sealing. "This was our second time using J & M. Great group of folks. The roof and siding look great. We gave a B because there were a few hiccups this go around. Not enough material was ordered to complete the shed. The crew left nails everywhere and we have 4 small dogs which was frustrating. It took longer than expected to have siding done. However, Melissa was very polite and did her best to accommodate us. We would definitely use them again for our future siding or roofing needs despite the length of time that it took this time."
