"Miguel came out the next day to look at my flooring issue. I had a water leak that caused my subfloor to weaken and become spongy. Miguel gave me a quote and asked when I was available. A date and time were set up for the repair. Miguel and help arrived on time. The area was cleaned and they took their trash with them. Miguel asked to make sure I was happy with the work. Professional, personable, on-time, clean and efficient. I have a few more projects for when the weather is warmer."

"Pretty quick job, took about 3 days to install engineered hardwood floors in my basement. Some areas are separating a bit now, but I'll fill in those gaps with some filler. Cheaper than Empire and other company quotes. They ripped the previous carpeting out and hauled it away and did a good cleanup job. New stair flooring installed too. I'm quite happy with the work, minus the separation, but maybe that just happens when the floor settles?"

"We needed carpet and hardwood installed in our newly purchased house. We were under a tight deadline to try and get the flooring installed before we moved all our furniture in. Tom was able to fit the install in under that deadline. We got two other quotes first, and he beat both pretty handily and we are very happy with the results. He came in home with some samples initially and we also met him at his warehouse to take a look at the whole stock before making a decision. The process from start to finish was great and I will certainly work with him again in the future if I need more flooring."

"Excellent job! The floor was old and I thought about removing it. Called them, John came out and said they could resand the floor and replace tiles. He understood it was also a radiant heat floor and came up with a solution and quote that was fair. Workers arrived on time, cleared room, sealed off room from rest of house and got to work. After sanding the floor looked amazing, and after staining and 2 coats of oil based polyurethane (right solution) it looked incredible. All COVID precautions taken, John came back to check in during the job and afterwards for walk through. This was a very good job at a reasonable price. I'm extremely happy with the results and will call them again in 50 years when I need to re-do the floor. In the meantime it should be fine until then :-)"
