Staff showed up promptly the day of install. They finished in exactly the amount of time they said they would. They were courteous and clean throughout install and cleaned the entire front walk, driveway and path throughout house that they used to get to the room. There were parts of the install (pieces of baseboard) that couldn’t be finished because of a large built in we we were waiting on. "We were both so pleased with Robert! At the time I contacted him I told him what is wanted done. We removed the carpet from the room we wanted done and wanted a pet proof and water resistant floor installed. We didn’t know what exactly we wanted and Robert jumped right in and asked the a bunch of questions. He also educated about the types of flooring available and their differences between them. He asked what color flooring we want and I sent him multiple pictures. He contacted me back and offered to bring samples which he did pretty quickly! Upon his arrival he’s showed us the samples, we selected what we wanted and he measured the room. He immediately went to order the flooring.
