"We just had our office floors replaced by Artistic Floors. Best experience with a contractor EVER. Owner showed up on time for our meeting to get a quote.Materials came in on time. Staff showed up promptly the day of install. They finished in exactly the amount of time they said they would. They were courteous and clean throughout install and cleaned the entire front walk, driveway and path throughout house that they used to get to the room. There were parts of the install (pieces of baseboard) that couldn’t be finished because of a large built in we we were waiting on. "The work was awesome. We had the old fiberglass tub and surround from the 80's. Wolak came in and replaced it with a new deep soak tub and tile surround. New tile on the floor. Replaced the vanity and toilet. Even the exhaust fan. They also replaced sheetrock and painted to give us a new modern bathroom look. Wolak didn't need to rely on any sub-contractors. Like a one-stop-shop for remodelling. The installer was very friendly and professional. He listened carefully to what we had in mind, made some great suggestions and now we have a dream bathroom. "After the repair was done I noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling where one of the roof vents were replaced. I called the Subcontractor Brian on a Saturday morning. The weather was cold and raining. He was at my house within the hour up on the roof and fixed the leak. I havent had any leaks since. I would hire Brain the Subcontractor again."

"Belletto and I had some issues, with the work their tile person did.  However, the company has fixed and resolved every issue I have raised with them.  The issues are listed below, and I have to commend Belletto for resolving every issue I have come to them with.  I wish my experience would have seen less issues, but overall, my bathroom floors look great. 







Our interaction with Belletto started with the work beginning 4 weeks after I purchased an Angieslist deal for the tile.  Dan did come a week or so to look at the job and quoted us another 350 to do the other bathroom because we wanted the tile under the cabinet in both bathrooms.  So, the cabinet had to be removed.  When work started, the installer didn't remove the cabinet and tiled around it instead.  Belletto had to have him pull it all up and restart the job.  The installer never did remove any of the trim in the first bathroom, but instead tiled up against it.  When he was done with this bathroom, we noticed damage to our tub from him putting the toilet in it.  The owner, Dan, did pay to have this repaired.  The second bathroom went a bit smoother but still wasn't without issues.  The installer put the vanity back and used a rubber coupling to connect the drain together rather than rebuilding the drain.  I went back through and replumbed the drain.  The tile around the toilet valve looks horrible.  We had issues with the way the installer cut the carpet, and Belletto had to send a separate guy out to repair the carpet.  We noticed cracks in the grout within one day in the second bathroom.  Every one of these issues has been resolved to my satisfaction my the company.  The overall experience wasn't perfect, and that is why I haven't given them and A.  However, they did resolve the issues.

"We were both so pleased with Robert! At the time I contacted him I told him what is wanted done. We removed the carpet from the room we wanted done and wanted a pet proof and water resistant floor installed. We didn’t know what exactly we wanted and Robert jumped right in and asked the a bunch of questions. He also educated about the types of flooring available and their differences between them. He asked what color flooring we want and I sent him multiple pictures. He contacted me back and offered to bring samples which he did pretty quickly! Upon his arrival he’s showed us the samples, we selected what we wanted and he measured the room. He immediately went to order the flooring. It arrived in about a week and he was here as soon as our schedules permitted. He did an amazing job! In fact, we had him come back to do a second room.
