"I had a same day call from Century Pest Control about my request through Home Advisor, and they sent a technician that same afternoon. I had a hornet's nest about 30 feet up in the tree in my yard that I needed removed. Their technician, Ray, was prompt, friendly, and, faced with the difficult location, managed to spray the nest, used his ladder, and a borrowed 12 foot pole saw to cut the nest down from the tree and disposed of it. I am very pleased he was able to solve this situation for me very quickly. I definitely recommend Century Pest Control. It was a very positive experience with Century and their technician."

"I would give Francisco 10 stars for reliability, professionalism and thoroughness. He did an excellent job of baiting my condo, sealing all the holes he could find and putting my mind at ease. He took the time to explain the process and although I know there are no guarantees in a multi home building, I definitely feel that he did his best to address my mice problem. "I think I did use Metropolitan Chimney Masonry Services Inc. They didn't replace the chimney cap. I would rate them average. I wouldn't give them a star review because I had to go back on my roof and put my chimney cap up. They got the main job done but they didn't finish it. I would rate them a 'B' because they didn't put the chimney cap on the chimney. I would say that the price of 78 dollars was fine. The quality was okay, it was clean. If you want to say that it was a real quality job then you should finish the job as well, this is what I would say."

"We had a leak at the bottom of the chimney and had them repair it.  They stated that the Big Deal didn't cover my repairs.  I advised that I had the Big Deal stating that the ad stated they would fix/repair my chimney top to bottom for the price I purchased the Big Deal for.  I went ahead, however, I was not impressed with their advertising method and don't find it very forthcoming.  As far as their service, I guess they did a good job, as I have not had any further issues with the leak.  I am grading the actual service by the men who came out did the repairs."
