As an example, he told me that some of the areas I was asking him to clean could be cleaned cheaply by a maid service and I will save money! Or that cleaning of our hardwood will not get us much as it really needed a resanding. "We've used Bella twice now. Each time he has done a fantastic job, above and beyond. He was running a little late once, called 1/2 hour before he was due to let us know he'd be 15 minutes late, and arrived when he said he would. Extremely pleasant to deal with and a very reasonable price. We get our carpets cleaned regularly because of 2 dogs and Jay is by far the best of the 3 services we've used. Asked him to look at our bathroom for tile cleaning and he explained why what he would do wouldn't help and what I should do instead - what a guy! Can't say enough good about him.
