"I had a broken pipe in my basement due to the freezing weather on Sunday. I called over ten plumbers. While no one could come out until Thursday at the earliest, Ray Page Plumbing called on Monday bright and early and fixed the broken pipe on Tuesday morning. If I was without water they would have come out earlier. Terrific job. Daniel Cetin did excellent work. Explained what had to be done, gave me an estimate, did the work and cleaned up entirely. I would highly recommend this Ray Page Plumbing. Their office staff was fabulous too in scheduling and follow up and they even came out earlier than scheduled and called prior to make sure it was ok.."

"We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work! We highly recommend Advanced Professional."

"With the contract, they come in and do the inspection, and make sure everything was running good, and clean everything and that's part of the contract. Fortunately we haven't had any other work, they cleaned the furnaces, they checked the gas heater, they bleed some air that was in the line, we had a little noise in the heater, they had it in the hot water system. Checked all the electrical, I think they replaced a thermal cup that's the safety switch for the gas heater. That's about it, they checked everything, made sure everything is full with electricity, they checked the air flow and stuff, I don't know they were down there for quite awhile. They made a report and they leave it on the furnace. We've been using them for 8 or 10 years."

"I contacted TC's and was promptly responded to by the owner, Tony Coscia. After a couple of calls we were able to coordinate a schedule and time. After receiving a call announcing their arrival, the company associate, Bert, promptly arrived at the scheduled time. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. As I had multiple, what I considered to be small issues, I was fearful I would not be able to have all of them repaired at one time and that is would cost an exuberate amount but to my surprise, he repaired all in a reasonable amount of time and cost. Bert, an honest man, informed me it would be more cost effective for me to purchase the cartridges on my own and replace them myself. After his instructions, I was able to do so quickly. "Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."
