He saved me from a Pinch-a-Penny guy that was about to rip me off with the idea that was necessary for me to buy an (A1 hp pump complete installed with supplies and labor basic install with tax $638.00) Honest to God he solved the problem that was a simple mistake that I did wrong. He realized what went wrong and fixed it. Of course I confessed: I Didn’t open the air valve 1st, but the pool pump leaf canister "compartment" after release a lot of water I didn’t refill the intake with water. Then upon start, the pump wasn’t pushing any air out through the discharge; between one thing and another the pump stop working. Also bought a new leaf canister, sealed leaks and repaired a pipe. He’s the best and provided impressive and excellent service. My Pool Man forever and ever thanks so very much."

"Wow! The best quoted price for the work I needed moving pool equipment. Every part of my system was assessed, repaired or replaced and I have a brand new salt system in place of my chlorine one virtually overnight. I wasn't upsold on anything. Even when I told them my electrician could install a timer for less, they didn't' give me a hard time about it. The technician worked along side my electrician and was friendly the whole time. They came back to address one thing I requested to be tweaked and gave me a full run down on my new equipment. I have now been added for pool service and am so excited. 10/10! "I could not be happier with this company from contract to completed projects. It all starts with the sales guy Marty. He was right on time for the consultation and the next day I had an estimate. I got several estimates from other companies, and Blue Horizons was in the middle -- not the cheapest nor the most expensive. The first crew to show up drained the pool and replace the tile which looks amazing. We then had to have a leak fixed which Blue Horizons doesn't do but they coordinated with the guy who fixed the leak so I didn't' have to do that coordination. Next up were the paver guys who do amazing work. We also had a drain installed so it took these guys about a week to finish, but they were there every day by 8a and worked until at least 5p and somedays later. Once they finished the pool refinisher guys showed up a few days later to refinish the pool Once the water was added they sent a couple guys out a few times to make sure the all of the chemicals were correct. I had one small issue and I sent an email to the office at 10p at night. By 7a the next morning someone had responded and had already contacted my crew when they got there for the day. They have some of the best communication and timeliness of anyone. Wish I could use them for all my jobs around my house. :)"

I requested help from Angie and Sanchez Pool Service was the only one to respond. I am glad that they did, because no one could have done a better job. They called within hours and came the next day to evaluate the problem. They gave me a reasonable quote and stuck to it. They came right on time, and the problem was solved within an hour. They cleaned and treated the whole pool. They even checked my pop-up system to ensure everything was working properly. They even followed up with a phone call to make sure I was satisfied.
