"Had a great experience with Chris Kuper at Basement Detective! My basement flooded from non-stop storms and I needed a sump pump installed along with complete renovation of my basement. They were very competitive in pricing and outstanding in results. "Horrible company. No communication. Took more gutter off our house than they put back on. Project manager DAVE will come to your house and lie straight to your face. Water is just pooling by the sides of my house and they could care less. Don't work with this general contracting company. And don't sign up with them at Sam's club they will cancel and reschedule to avoid having to pay Sam's a commission. "
