"It went very well.  They were timely each time they came and called the day before with a reminder.  Having granite installed is a very time consuming project.  I have gone to many fabricators and contacted many other by email and telephone.  Paramount Granite representatives are very responsive and they have a fair price.  They will tear out existing counter tops if you wish.  I had my own tear out done and had my own plumber.  They came to my home and measured for the kitchen counter tops, island and 2 bathroom counter tops.  After I was provided an install date I scheduled the tear out and plumber to disconnect sinks.  When Paramount Granite came to install everything had been cut to fit.  The entire install took about 2 1/2 hours.  They did not take away the old counter tops as that was the responsibility of person who did the tear out.  Everything was sparkling when they left.  The last half of paymet was made then by a telelphone call to their office with a credit card number.  My plumber came back the same day and re-did the plumbing so I was back in business. 
Paramount Granite has continually offered their assistance to me with any questions I may have.  I highly recommend them.

"Sort of stuck with this company because I got on their frequent flyer program for auto withdrawal of $190 a year. ALL I ASK FOR IS TO MY SHOWER TO BE FIXED, so it works, and doesn't leak for close to the original price given, $400 ------ not hundreds and hundreds of dollars more for additional things all around the house I can't afford right now, and don't need right now, after any "I cannot touch faucet or turn valve" forty-five minute "safety check" . They showed up exactly on time.  They had a challenging task of replacing a faucet assembly that was rusted in place, with a faucet that I had purchased.  They were in an out in less than .5 hours.  They were extremely professional and considerate as I was working on the floor directly below them.  A piece that was installed cam loose a few days later, and they were there in a few hours to make sure it was repaired.  It has been three months and all is great.  It was a tough job - as they had to bust out the old faucet, but they stuck to their original Angie's List advertised price.

"The job went really smoothly. I have an older home which still had the original tile in the bathroom (two layers on the floor apparently!). Paul started the job on time and finished early. He was responsive to my concerns and kept me updated frequently on what was happening. He had good suggestions on design, and good ideas about how to deal with problem spots, which seem to be frequent in older homes! Paul has excellent attention to detail, and I picked an intricate tile pattern which turned out beautifully. The gentlemen who work for Paul were courteous, prompt and helpful. "The company was referred to my daughter by one of her coworker. Initially my daughter's primary interest was to have her popcorn ceiling scraped and replaced with knock down ceiling. She also wanted painting done in her lower level. After visiting with owners she learned that they had Handyman experience and had very good ideas. she ask if the could remodel her bathroom. They removed the old tile floor in the bathroom, replaced with new tile, removed the old vanity and plumbing and replaced with new. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with.
