"It went great. A nice bunch of guys to do the job. The walkways are great. They added a whole new look to the house. We appreciated their hard work."

"We are very happy with the work Jared’s Property Maintenance has done at our home. We started with this company 2 years ago. At that time the company was owned by someone else. The owner ended up retiring and Jared (who had been an employee) bought the company. The transition was seamless. Jared’s team is very competent, friendly, has a good work ethic, and are happy to work with customers on needs/projects outside of the regular scheduled work. I highly recommend them if you are looking for help with your property."

"Everything went well. The mortar color matched good for a 30+ year old house. The crew arrived and were very professional and quick to do the job."

"great job I Will use again"

"The clean was amazing! KOA did a thorough cleaning and paid attention to the little details! Also a light organization with the exterior mess I had, I will definitely be calling them back in a regular basis!"

"The superior services were provided promptly, professionally, and meticulously."

It all started with a trip to the Azores of Portugal. RTA's co-founder went there to meet his wife's family… And had his first encounter with an outdoor kitchen. The charm of that kitchen went far beyond providing meals. It served as an inviting gathering space, and offered moments to break bread together.\n\nThe inspiration from that outdoor kitchen was bottled up and shipped back to the US. Unfortunately, there was a lack of accessible options in America in the early 2010's. Someone needed to rethink the conventional approach of construction. Thus began the journey, with a goal of remastering the outdoor kitchen.

"Christian is very professional and does excellent work! He will make sure he goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied!"

"They did a fantastic job and even came in at the best price. They came in on a Thursday and took out all the concrete with a bobcat into the trucks. They put in new beautiful pavers that look like cobblestone. We used to have drainage problems and they even did it in a way that everything drains underground into the street. They were clean, pleasant, and worked very hard. We are thrilled with the end result and have had a lot of compliments. We will continue to highly recommend them to anyone."

"Started right on time, good work, looks really nice and very nice guys"
