He cleaned out some glass and soap build up in my dishwasher and talked me through some warning signs and troubleshooting processes for other appliances. and even though it wasn't part of this deal, he took a look at my oven and microwave and fixed an issue where one of the burners wasn't producing flame through all the burner holes. I definitely recommend doing something like this at least once a year, especially if you purchased a home and got someone else's appliances."
