"I don't think it's possible to find a better company to work with than LBJ. Liam knows foundations and concrete in an encyclopedic fashion. Our house, from 1903, was built with a field stone foundation and hadn't had any serious foundation work since the mid 1970's. We hired LBJ to clean up the grout between the stones on the inside, and based on the work they did brought them back for a complete foundation repair with poured walls on the outside. Before they started we had holes that you could see the daylight in the basement. Now it's all closed up and solid. My research indicates this kind of foundation work adds about 20% to the value of a house. This job was expensive but well worth it."

Quotes from other contractors were outrageously high, with a bunch of complicated add-ons. DiOrio builders found a solution at a price that made sense, they fixed exactly what needed fixing. They demolished the old structures, scraped the walls and ceiling, removed decades-old debris, sealed the foundation and put a bright white coating on the wall. Plus, once they removed all the debris, the air quality is much better in the upstairs of my house! I’m so happy they made my basement useable, and I will definitely be calling DiOrio Builders and Designers when it’s time to build a lounge down there."
