"When the granite was initially installed, they had cut the holes the wrong size for the faucet and had to come back out the following week with a new piece of granite. However, because it was their mistake, they were able to come to the house after 5 pm so that I didn't have to miss work again for the installation. They did a beautiful job and I was happy with the finished product."

More than just a company name- Paul and his crew did truly exquisite work, at a very reasonable price. Couldn’t be more satisfied.  Paul was a pleasure to work with – very professional and responsive.  Despite being extremely busy he routinely answered the phone and returned calls quickly. Paul is highly skilled at ceiling/drywall repair and Josh is an excellent painter.  They clearly take pride in their work and won’t accept anything less than their customers’ complete satisfaction.  While doing the repairs Paul noticed additional areas that needed work and did them at no extra charge. Even though I said I was completely satisfied when asked, I later noticed a small area of textured ceiling that could use another coat of paint to better match.  I called them back and they were out again in a few days to do it.  Paul is the kind of contractor you hope for but never actually expect to find!  I would trust them with any project. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
