"I have used Home Comfort on prior occasions to service my old furnace - they had replaced the capacitors and the main blower fan but on the most recent issue, the secondary fan went out. Rather than have it repaired (and seeing the number of repairs increasing each year), I decided it was time to replace the old furnace with a new one. I got a quote from Home Comfort for a new American Standard Gas Furnace with a 95% efficiency - it was scheduled for a Saturday. The serviceman was at my house at the time scheduled and had the entire work completed in about 4-5 hours. He was helped whenever necessary by an additional helper. They took the old furnace out and disposed of it and got rid of the packing material that the new furnace came with. It has been about 2 weeks now since the furnace was replaced and I have had no issues with the new furnace at all - it was done right the first time around. I would have no hesitation recommending this company for repairs and installation of HVAC systems."

"Cody showed up on time. Very polite young technician Appears to know his job well. He examined the indoor part of the system. Verified what initially indicated to his office that Freon is needed. He indicated that vents need to be cleaned before sealant and Freon can be added. Cost was as follows: $96 diagnostics + $203 for 1.5 pound Freon & labor + $60 another 30 minutes labor + $187 sealant (cost $27 on Amazon) = $545. System is working well. This cost is significantly higher than last service provider."

Two other companies came out and neither one could effectively diagnose the problem. Keep in mind I had water dripping all over my carpet continuously. Besco promptly sent out their amazing technician named Elvis. And within seconds of his arrival, he diagnosed the problem like a doctor would on a patient. It was a clogged exterior drain backing up into my air conditioner unit. At last! Problem solved! I was SO relieved to have someone figure this out!! He was so professional, knowledgeable and efficient. And fixed the problem quickly--trust me this was not easy--there was water everywhere. And he was working after hours in over time and still was kind and patient. I appreciate trained professionals like the ones at Besco--they installed a heater for me last year and it was the same amazing service. Congratulations on this company having some the best trained technicians around Chicago and their continually consistent excellent, honest work at very fair prices.
