"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. "Mr. tolbert was always on time, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about his job every aspect of his job. I liked working with him because he gave his prices upfront, his prices did not change at the end, of the work. The work was very professionally done. I have had no leaks no problems of any kind since. I also forgot to mention that a pipe burst inside the wall in the guest bathroom shower there was a leak. He put a couple of holes in the sheet rock took out the old copper piping put in new fixed up the sheet rock and gave me an excuse to paint the inside of the guest closet orange. I am very very happy with the work that Mr. Tolbert provides. I myself am a New Yorker new to the south and I like things done in a particular manner. Mr. Tolbert is very qualified.
