"The technician was very personable and seemed informed and confident about the job.  We had to let the paint job "cure" for about a week before we could remove the tape.  After that period, I removed the tape and noticed considerable overspray on the surrounding ceramic tile walls and the glass enclosure doors.  I called about that and was told to use a razor blade to scrape away the overspray... was not too happy with that as I had no experience with that kind of job.
About 6 months later, my teenage grandaughter (who uses and regularly cleans that bathroom) mentioned that it appeared to her that the enamel was beginning to come up around the tub's drain.  I initially didn't pay any attention to her, but several months later I decided to do some extra thorough housecleaning and noticed it myself.  I called Apple, and the owner informed me that the re-enamel work was only guaranteed for 90 days and that this kind of "deal" was generally purchased by folks about to sell their house.  After some additional conversation, the gentleman finally agreed to send someone out to take a look at the tub.  A very courteous technician came out and re-enameled the tub by hand; after it cured, he put a second coat on the tub (some time during the summer 2013).  He also recaulked around the tub.   It certainly looked better.   Now, at the end of November 2013, the area around the tub's drain looks unstable and I'm concerned it's getting ready to peel again.  (While he was working, I also asked the technician a question about the hot/cold water adjustment in the bathroom vanity faucet; he took a look at it and adjusted it for me at no extra cost, for which I was and continue to be very grateful.)
It would have been more useful had this firm included in its advertisement that the work was warranted for only 90 days.
