"Have used this company for several years; was very, very happy initially with the improvements made to the lawn and the customer service. We would often pay for the extra services as we felt they would have a positive impact on our curb appeal. In the past year, the quality of our lawn care and the way it looks has declined. We have paid for the extra weed treatments on top of the monthly treatments but there has been little to no improvement. We have asked for advice but there is clearly a frustration with us as customers that is evident. Our last email/communication has not received any response.
