And when I say immediately, I mean 11:30 PM.  We had hoped to see him in the next day or so, but he came that evening. We were more than appreciative.  The job required him to come back the next morning to complete, and he was here less than 10 hours later. We were without water for less than a day thanks to Doug.  I cant begin to tell you how professional he is, he took the time to explain why this occurred, what would prevent it in the future, and what to expect going forward.  With Doug, everything is above board, and there are no hidden costs.

"Chad came by on 01/31/15 to check out broken heat furnace; spent some time diagnosing the problem.  Found that the fan motor and 2 other componate were bad.  Because the furnace was over 25 year old he recommended replacing the whole system, heating & A/C unit, but gave me the option of just replacing the broken piece.  Decided to go with the full replacement; because I am a Angie's list member they gave me a $300 discount on the installation.  He could not get the new unit until Monday; so early Monday Chad and his crew showed up with the new unit.  It only toke them about 4 hours to completely install both the outside & inside units.  When finished they remove the old equipment and clean up.  It was a very good experience.

"I got several quotes for a new HVAC system. The prices were fairly close, but Horizon Services included replacing my refrigerant lines. My basement is finished, so this was somewhat difficult. They started the next business day at 7:00am and had the system running by 6:00pm. The installation was very neat and professional and they installed new refrigerant lines and a new outside air intake without cutting any holes in the basement ceiling. I kept my humidifier, since it was almost new, and they had difficulty getting it to work. However, they promptly sent out another technician who was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem."
